Mimi Olson is the founder and CEO of Service Select Inc, a full service corporate sign provider. Service Select assists companies in the design and management of their corporate sign programs. Located in Bristol, PA, the company has working relationships with national companies including Office Depot, AT&T and Charming Shoppes, Inc. Service Select Inc operates under Service Select Signs and Service Select Solar Energy.

Olson originally worked in the sign identity business with her father for a few years, and then opted to start her own company. In just eight years, she has successfully managed Service Select from two people in one room to forty-eight employees in a two-story building.

Olson received her BSA from Columbia-Pacific University. Her experience in the social work field has helped her succeed in business. She prides herself on professional relationships based on personal responsibility as well as the genuine belief of getting things done the right way. She is an active member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and, in her spare time, enjoys reading and swimming.

Gary Keyser is the Director of Service & Maintenance and Senior Account Executive for Service Select. He is responsible for the business planning and management of the 24/7 service and maintenance department for the company.

Keyser has 27 years of experience in the sign industry. He has held leadership positions at other sign companies during his career, and he is a member of the Society for Environmental Graphic Design and Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association.

Keyser grew up in Boyertown, Pennsylvania and he and his family now reside in New Jersey. He has a BFA in Graphic Design from Kutztown University and an MBM from Regis College. He enjoys fishing, golf and snow skiing.

Mike Kwoczak is the Estimating and Outsourcing Manager for Service Select. With over 25 years of experience in the sign industry, he is skilled at estimating jobs, qualifying and sourcing high quality fabricators, leading edge products & services as well as reviewing specification sign drawings. Kwoczak also is a strong contributor in the recently launched solar division for Service Select.

Kwoczak has a BA in Marketing from Temple University. He grew up in Philadelphia and continues to live in the area with his wife and two sons. He is an avid golfer.

Nellie McDermott is Service Select's Director of Sales and Marketing. She is responsible for new business acquisitions, preparation of marketing materials, and she also provides expertise in the areas of quality control, budget forecasting and workflow management. She is an active member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.

McDermott has been in the sign business for seven years. Prior to the sign industry, she spent 18 years as a small business owner and 10 years as a respiratory therapist. McDermott grew up in NE Philadelphia and has a degree from Philadelphia Community College. Now that her children are grown, she enjoys volunteering and participating in community events, along with tennis, bike riding, and golf. McDermott prides herself on her organizational and management skills, and she thrives on challenge.

Al Mikula oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Service Select, and holds responsibility for directing and leading the company's sales efforts. Mikula has 23 years of sign industry experience. Mikula previously served as Vice- President of Sales for another sign company. He has expertise in sales, customer relations as well as all aspects of corporate re-imaging programs.

Mikula is affiliated with the International Sign Council and Professional Retail Store Maintenance organizations. A life-long Philadelphian, when he is not spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren, he enjoys playing the banjo and performing with the Gloucester City String Band.

Becky Minnich is the Creative Director of Service Select. She is skilled at hands-on design and drafting and managing corporate brand integrity for clients. As Creative Director, she oversees the company's design, drafting, workflow processes, and systems.

Minnich has 28 years of experience in the graphic design industry. Before joining Service Select, she was a designer with another Philadelphia based sign supplier; art director for Ed J. Golden Associates; and conducted all phases of design, dark room development, type-setting and paste-up work for Industrial Sign & Screen Printing.

Minnich's professional education includes Bucks County Technical School (Commercial Art), Bucks County Community College (Commercial & Fine Arts); and AD degree from the Hussian School of Art, and a Certificate in Desktop Publishing from the Berkely Corp. She is proficient in numerous design software programs, including Corel Suite and Adobe. She grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where she now resides with her two children. She enjoys photography, hiking, and oil painting.

Beth Olmstead is the Director of Project Management for Service Select. Olmstead has 19 years of experience in the sign industry. She is responsible for all project management functions, including surveys, product sourcing, estimating, shipping, subcontractor negotiating, sign installation, invoicing, account receivable collections, as well as all customer escalations.

Under her leadership role at her previous employer, Olmstead substantially increased project management revenues and successfully managed numerous customer re-imaging sign change out programs for major national institutions. As the project management team member responsible for a major pharmacy chain, she was instrumental in increasing the chain's annual sales from $2 million to $13 million attributed to her extensive knowledge of signage and associated marketing issues.

Olmstead received a BS in Marketing and Operational Management from Ball State University. She grew up in Wabash, Indiana and she currently resides in New Jersey with her three Chihuahuas, Molly, Mimi and Suzy, and her favorite cat, Mr. Tibbs. When she is not in the office, she enjoys gardening, home remodeling, sunning and swimming.

Bob Rorke is the Senior Vice President, Business Development, of Service Select. He has more than seven years of experience in national re-branding programs, and he is helping Service Select to "grow the business" and refining the company's business processes and procedures.

Before joining Service Select, Rorke managed large corporate teams for marketing, sales corporate real estate and project management. Rorke's experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Real Estate for Cingular/AT&T and as a Trade & Marketing Manager for Eastman Kodak Company.

Rorke grew up in the New York City area and now lives in Georgia. He has a BA in History & Business from Wagner College, and received an SLCR (Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate) certificate from CoreNet Global. His personal interests include biking, gardening, travel, and enjoys giving back to the community. He is involved in Cross Pointe Church Missions and is a member of the MS fundraising society. He and his wife also enjoy spending time with their three children and two grandchildren.

Joanne Rowlett is the Director of IT for Service Select. For the past several years, she has been responsible for database design, maintaining and upgrading network software, operations and hardware.

Rowlett has a BS degree from Kutztown University and she currently is in a graduate program in Information Science at Penn State University. She has been involved in a variety of community services, including helping in the rebuilding of Hurricane Katrina's victims' homes. She grew up in the Philadelphia area and she enjoys sports and technology.
